My training started when I was a child coming from Olympia, WA steming from my mother being a huge believer in holistic practices. So far I've gained extensive knowledge in Swedish, Deep tissue, Therapeutic, Sports, Medical, Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Rain Drop Technique, Trager, Trigger Point, Thai, Hot Stone, and Active/Passive Release Massage. Other modalities include Ingham Reflexology, Usui Reiki Master, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, and Trauma/Grief Release. I've done Life Coaching as well. My philosophy is to help and support as many people as possible coming from a place of unconditional love. Each client is treated professionally yet almost like family. I want everyone to be comfortable and feel REAL results. I am in this profession because I have an absolute drive, passion, and love for it. I just truly enjoy supporting people in living a more enlightened, pain free, joyous, abundant, and loving life. This is not a job for me it is a way of life.

Krystall is nothing less than amazing! Eric and I felt like our bodies had been liberated from pain after our massages. Eric mentioned he had forgotten how good his back could really feel. Krystall also showed us exercises to use for our problem areas. She is professional and highly skilled. We are grateful that she is allowing us to enjoy our "older years" !
