What is Active Mobility Therapy? For the most part, Active Mobility Therapy is Medical Massage, a comprehensive treatment approach beyond traditional massage. It combines manual therapy techniques with medical modalities such as ultrasound and vacuum mobilization to reach deep areas of muscle and connective tissue that are often the source of pain and restriction. While manual therapy helps with surface-level tension and muscle tightness, combining ultrasound and vacuum mobilization allows for targeting deeper tissue layers, releasing stubborn areas of restriction that can hinder movement. This combination of therapies is perfect for addressing chronic pain, improving flexibility, and restoring function in areas where conventional methods may fall short.

Lisa is extremely knowledgable and very professional. She treats her clients with complete respect and is available to them with questions. She is very articulate and able to explain complex concepts in a very clear and concise way. She is supportive and reassuring and is able to think holistically about how various things affect your health and can help develop solutions to address those issues. Rather than just using one technique, she adapts the treatment to the needs of the patient and works with them to develop an overall plan to get back to better health

I go for these massages for chronic pain relief. I’ve been to a number of different spas, and most of them are all about relaxation, and while that is very nice, it doesn’t help all pain issues. Benwell Natural Health is different from spas. Lisa is wonderful. She genuinely cares about your well being. She listens to your needs and tailors the session to your specific requests. I always leave there feeling so much better. Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a pleasant atmosphere with individual attention.
