Here’s What You Can Expect During Your Visit

Personalized Approach
Each massage is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're seeking relief from pain and injuries or simply looking for deep relaxation. We’ll discuss your specific concerns beforehand to ensure a truly customized experience.

Health Intake
After booking, you’ll receive an email with a health history and intake form. This helps us understand any relevant conditions and provide the best possible care.

Arrival
Please use the restrooms on the first floor before heading up to Unit G on the second floor. The entrance is located on the East side of the building.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure each client receives the best possible service, I adhere to a firm cancellation policy as outlined by MassageBook:

• Less than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule will require full payment for the scheduled service.
• No-show or missed appointments will also require full payment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next client, while still incurring the full session cost.

This policy helps protect my small business and allows me to serve all clients effectively. Thank you for your understanding and respect for these guidelines.

Location
We’re located in Old Town Erie, off Cheesman St and Briggs St, with plenty of street parking as well as parking behind the building.
