Ava was kind. She was professional & addressed my needs as far as the type of facial needed based on my skin type. She was very personable. I’d definitely book another facial with her.

Ava spent time understanding what I wanted to accomplish and proceeded to customize my experience. During the treatment, every application was described to me, the product name and its benefits. She took great care in removing the masks; was both thorough and gentle. I'm a super low maintenance person and not overly physically sensitive but if someone were, you could have confidence that you would be in great hands. Ava, you are terrific!

Ava provided me a most wonderful, thorough facial with an additional massage treatment. Every minute felt indulgent but also very healthful for my skin in this dry season.

I've been very fortunate to experience many facials in my lifetime therefore I want to give this feedback based on my experience so Ava can become more successful in her career. My husband told me I was getting a head, neck, and shoulder massage in addition a facial. I told Ava I was primarily there for the massage part of this service. I only chose to do this service because there was not enough therapists to do a massage. The first 30 mins was spent using a massage gun. There was no neck or scalp massage and the pressure to the traps was very light. The hand massage was brief. To be clear my expectation based on previous experience was to have a head and neck massage with "firm" pressure. Again, I share this to help Ava and not hurt her feelings. She seemed to be a sweet young lady. Maybe I can suggest that Ava practice on people in the business and/or visit other places to see how they perform the same type of service to improve.

Ava was very professional and I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a massage/ facial. I really felt like she new the job inside and out, and it definitely showed!
