This was my first time ever doing anything at all like this, I'm a very high energy high stress level individual. I must say the idea of this was a little nerve wrecking at first not to mention I couldn't imagine downing myself for a whole hour and a half. I could be getting a lot done during that time. Well let me tell you how WRONG I was, WOW is all I have to say. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a perfect experience better than I ever could of expected and I really can't wait to get the time to come back! Paula was extremely skilled and very professional and just down right a great vibe of a person to be around during this experience. She even gave me some ideas of other things I could do to help out the stress. 5 stars is not enough! Highly Highly recommend!

First time booking with Mrs. Paula was for sheer relaxation. The second time I went, I was having an issue with my shoulder & arm. I could barely lift my arm. After the massage, I knew it had helped tremendously. The next day, my arm & shoulder was back to normal. If you haven’t booked with Mrs. Paula, you are missing out. Check your social media, she’s running specials that you absolutely cannot beat! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! She’s amazing!
