I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005. I love this work & strongly believe in massage therapy as a viable healing modality. My work consists of a type of Myofascial- Swedish massage with some deep work where needed. I constantly update and upgrade my skill set to better serve my clients' needs while using other modalities such as stretching, myoskeletal, and trigger point techniques to tailor each massage to each of my client’s individual needs. I'm always striving to provide a safe and comforting space for those who are in acute discomfort while holding space for your individual healing.

All of my sessions include the following amenities to customize each session to the client's individual needs:

Hot stones, hot towels, cupping, Mineralgia topical analgesic, aromatherapy, table warmer, cold or room temperature water. There's also plenty of parking on either the 1st or 2nd floor along with covered parking available, and a soothing atmosphere with healing music and energy.

My goal is to provide the most appropriate bodywork for each massage, for each client in a safe, professional, and compassionate environment.

Here are a few housekeeping items:

All new clients must make a 50% or paid-in-full deposit for their first session as well as complete & electronically sign the digital intake form before the appointment. If this is not completed by new clients before our appointment, your service could be canceled until the intake form has been completed & signed.

Tipping: I will no longer be asking nor expecting a monetary tip at the end of the service. If the client wishes to tip at the end of the service, I will happily & graciously accept, but it will not be required nor expected. 

I do not accept walk-ins and all massages will be by appointment only. Same-day appointments cannot always be expected but feel free to contact me if needed.

Any appointments that are canceled within less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows will be billed a $50.00 cancellation fee. This must be paid before your next appointment can be made.

Lastly, if you or a member of your household has tested positive for COVID-19, or if you are having symptoms similar to COVID-19, or are not feeling well in general, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. I will waive any last-minute cancellation fees this could cause until further notice.
