**Please note that prepayment is required to secure your appointment. Should you have any issues with prepayment, please contact me at (641) 638-0634 and I can take payment over the phone if the website is not accepting your card. I can manually enter your appointment once prepayment is made. I appreciate each and every appointment opportunity. Massagebook will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, HSA, and FSA cards. It wont accept certain store credit cards, airline credit cards, or Shazam debit/credit cards. This may be longer to schedule if I need to return your call, and I should respond within 24 hours or the next business day if you contact me during non working hours. Email is required to obtain your intake form, and intake forms are required to be filled before the massage can begin. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we learn this online scheduling together.

I started massage school in 2013 with the intent of using it in my future nursing career. I decided about half way through massage school that I genuinely loved doing massages, and I felt I could make a big difference with therapeutic touch. I've always had a strong passion for helping people, and massage school only amplified that passion. 

I do a wide range of modalities, and pressures to help accommodate your specific and individual needs. Most people come see me for my deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massages. Cupping has been an excellent addition to my practice. They have been terrific tools, and I do not charge anything extra to be able to experience them. Essential oils are also included for no extra charge, but are not required by any means. 

If you request a relaxation massage, I will clarify if you would prefer conversation be minimal or non existent. I understand that self care does not always require an exchange of words, and I encourage whatever you feel you need with each massage. 

I am currently located at 705 West Street Grinnel, Iowa 50112. I was with Aalborg-Glenn Family Chiropractic with Dr. Susan from June 2023-June 2024. From 2015-2023, I worked in New Sharon Chiropractic. I am so excited, and thankful to be able to work on you.
 

The massage room is a very safe space, and a judgement free zone. You are encouraged to be your most authentic self, and be able to rest and relax knowing you're in good hands. You're not allowed to apologize for things that make you human. I can assure you I have experienced many different types of skin, bodies, pressures, ailments, mental, and emotional conditions.
