We currently offer by appointment only massage, bodywork therapies, life coaching, as well as guided meditations and/or energy work.

Sandy Jo Cauthen attended the Montgomery School of Bodywork & Massage and passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in August of 2011. She specializes in deep tissue work, headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ disorder, carpal tunnel, tennis and golfer's elbow, plantar fasciitis, sports-related injuries, relaxation, Reiki, guided meditations, sound therapies, yoga, life coaching, and more.

Shawn Locklear graduated from the Montgomery School of Bodywork & Massage and passed the MBLEX. He specializes in Orthopedic, Relaxation, Prenatal, Thai, Myofascial, and Deep Tissue body work.

Amanda Brandt graduated from American Professional Institute in 2008. She specializes in medical massage, trigger point therapy, geriatric, and prenatal massages. Her goal is to provide a relaxing and renewing experience.

Michaelyn Spears graduated from the Montgomery School of BodyWork and Massage in 2004. She specializes in addressing the needs and pressure concerns for each of her clients. Book with her for Relaxation, Orthopedic, and Prenatal massages. Her nurturing nature is a healing balm to your spirit as well.

Each appointment is tailored to the individual, providing a unique session designed to meet your needs. We work with you during the interview process to develop a plan of action based on your current issues. We also counsel you on ergonomics in the workplace as well as at play, thereby providing longer lasting results.

You may be stressed and need a relaxing massage, have painful "knots" (for lack of a better word) or decreased range of motion in certain areas; whatever your needs are, they are met with attentiveness and care. While you are on the table, We are present with you, "listening" to your body and addressing your problem areas. After the massage, we go over what issues were found, if any, that may need addressing. Our goal is to help your body be fully relaxed and in a healthy state.
