A licensed therapist with a deep desire to help others find relief from their aches, pains and discomforts, no matter the cause! I truly believe we all tolerate more pain in our daily lives than we need to, and it's easier to get to the root of the problem than most of us realize. With the proper treatment, guidance and education, we can all lead pain free lives and focus more on enjoying every moment, rather than wondering what the physical repercussions of any given activity is going to be.
When I'm not working on helping my clients I'm off hiking, training for my next road race, recovering with Netflix, or getting a massage of my own!

Giselle worked to fix muscles I didn’t even know I had, very informative throughout, plenty of good takeaways and homework to focus on between sessions.
This is not your run of the mill massage practice, treatment here is targeted and intelligent and focused on addressing and correcting issues long term.
I’m a skeptic by default but Momentum is that rare instance where you can actually buy into the hype.
