I've been massaging for 5 years and have enjoyed getting to better understand the body and how it works.  I'm absolutely amazed at our bodies and their capabilities of adapting!  I am often heard saying, "the pain is where it isn't".  This is because our bodies are really good at compensating.  The compensation is what hurts, but I like to dig in and find where the real problem is!
