Working with the body is a sacred practice.

I use my knowledge of how muscles travel and function to help you achieve a deeper sense of healing and relaxation. Using a wide range of modalities, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs.

I became a massage therapist, because I believe that a mindful touch can have a tremendous effect on the body. It is my intention that all of my clients will leave their session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to move through their day with ease.
