After 10 years in a corporate  graphic design career,  I was introduced to the world of massage  therapy through a very special friend. He friend saw first hand the stress i was under and how my health was responding to it. On a Saturday morning he asked me to go for a drive not yet telling me where we would be going. Once he explained he wanted me to meet the director of the Massage Therapy program on campus at GTCC. I was there for an hour learning and absorbing all this new knowledge and after being intrigued enough,  I had scheduled  my first massage and there was no going back.....I enrolled that fall at GTCC  in the program. In 2008, my  Massage Therapy journey began and what an amazing  journey it has been. Changed my life in  so many ways. A HUGE thank you to my friend who had that pivotal role in my transition.
