After spending ten years working as a certified nursing assistant in a variety of healthcare settings, I returned to school for massage therapy and graduated from Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical in 2012. Since graduating, I have spent three years working in the rehabilitation department at Gundersen Tri-County Hospital and Clinics in Whitehall, WI. I have also spent the past year working at Infinity Chiropractic and Yoga in Winona, MN. Through my experiences in these settings I have gained a wealth of knowledge in effectively treating a wide variety of conditions and helping clients achieve their health-related goals. With continuing education and work experience, I achieved Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2015. I am also a Certified Cupping Therapist and a Reiki Practitioner. I enjoy working with a variety of clients to meet their individual needs: mind, body, and spirit.
