I've been practicing massage for nearly 20 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each person's needs. I can work with your body to get you feeling amazing again. 

I think that massage works for many people and throughout your life. I massage moms during pregnancy, retireees who want to feel good again as well as tradespeople who work hard for a living and need some stress relief.

Cassie has amazing hands and knows just how to ease my aches and pains with her massaging techniques. She helps with lymphatic drainage and also nervous pain in my neck and shoulders. Booking a 90 minute session is a dream for me on a monthly basis.
