I've been practicing massage for nearly 20 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each person's needs. I can work with your body to get you feeling amazing again. 

I think that massage works for many people and throughout your life. I massage moms during pregnancy, retireees who want to feel good again as well as tradespeople who work hard for a living and need some stress relief.

If you have any injuries, aches, pains or just want a relaxing massage, go see Cassie. She is amazing at what she does and takes the time to ask questions about what brought you in. She follows up afterward to see how you're feeling and gives you advice on what to do going forward to keep yourself as healthy as possible.
