I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1998 and have number of areas I love to help people find relaxation.  These areas include good ole' Swedish Massage,  Deep Tissue for those just needing to loosen up those tight, thight muscles with the use of Hot Stones, Massage Cupping which falls right inline with that, but on a gentler side.  One of my favorites is Prenatal, Labor, Delivery, Postpartum and Infant Massage Instruction.  I am working on a couple of new certifications in Manual Lymph Drainage and Clicnical Aromatherapy. 

Using my heart and my hands, I help my clients relax and bring them back to where life is more manageable. If you are looking for a break and step out of the chaos, I can help!
