I am aColorado native, and I am the mother of 4 beautiful, crazy children that dotheir best to keep me young. In 2008 I started working at the USPS as a mailcarrier. It was a very strenuous career, and I started being in constant painat a very young age. When I was finally awarded my own route in 2015, it was a55+ community, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me while being apostal carrier. I fell in love with the people, and their kindness andgratitude. Their waves and smiles were something I looked forward to everyday. Ialways had the desire to be able to do more for them, especially when I wouldsee them in pain. So, in September of 2020 I left the post office to find my passionand follow my dream of being in healthcare. I worked for Always Best CareSenior Services while going through massage school and found that job to be themost rewarding thing I had ever done. Helping others feel great and be happy iswhat brings me joy. I am passionate about thebenefits that massage therapy can provide and I truly desire happiness, health,and pain free living for my clients. Autumn is very focused on listening to her patients' maladies, health history, and what type of body work gets the best results. She is generous with her time, often going over just to make sure the client's needs are fully addressed.

Wow! Great massage! Autumn knows her stuff. I asked for a deep tissue massage and that's exactly what I got. She really took the time and focused on the areas that I asked for and more. I feel great! I can tell that she is very passionate about giving massages. I can't say enough about her. I am definitely coming back. :)

Autumn's attention to detail and personal touch makes her service worth it! I've been going to her for about a year now and recommend her to all my friends. Her office is expertly decorated, creating that relaxing feeling as soon as you walk in the room. She has many service options and add-ons to make your experience wonderful. As a repeating client, her care is more holistic. She checks in each session about hydration, stretching habits, skin care, and personal progress. She is worth every penny!

What an amazing Massage Therapist! This is not your typical massage place! She actually gets to know you and treat you according to your needs/aches/pains. She is so knowledgeable about the human body which helps extremely when she is planning your massage treatment. I have seen over a dozen Massage Therapists before, but Autumn is top notch! You will not be disappointed.

WoW! I am trying to find a new, regular, Massage Therapist and could literally stop wasting my time. Autumn is highly skilled and very detailed with her work. I was having problems with Planter Facetious and she was able to work the tissue and the stabbing pain in my heels is gone. I highly recommend signing up for longer sessions with her, as 60 minutes is just not enough for someone like Autumn to work on all areas, especially if you have a problem area.

I had a hot stone massage for the first time, and it was wonderful! I had never had a hot stone massage before, but Autumn explained the process and its benefits, and it was very relaxing. The stones start out hot, but Autumn lets them cool a little while working their heat using only her hands before placing the stones. I would highly recommend this type of massage if you like heat!

I've been bouncing around masseuses, looking for more professionalism and better ambiance, and I think I found it! Autumn has a quaint in-home office, and there were no disruptions from the rest of the house. The room was tastefully decorated, creating a calm and welcoming environment. Autumn asked me what I was looking for in a massage today, and we made a plan that she followed for the massage. She even went 10 minutes over to finish rubbing my feet, as I made it clear that a thorough foot massage was important to me. Autumn also took extra care to note any moles or freckles that may require a check from a dermatologist. I've been to many masseuses and none of them were trained to do this. She mentioned that she can keep an eye on particular moles for recurring clients and let them know if there are any changes a doctor should look at. I overall was very impressed and satisfied with the Autumn's practice. She has student and other discounts that are not listed on Massage Book, so she mentioned that it might be a good idea to pay at the time of service instead of prepaying through Massage Book.
