Massage to promote physical and mental peace

I began working as a massage therapist in 2016 after working as a physician for over 20 years. I know well the effect physical and mental stress has on the body and use bodywork as a way to counter that stress, alleviate soreness, and promote inner calm,  I am experienced in Swedish, sports massage, and deep tissue work and use a blend of these as needed, individualized for each client.  I also incorporate trigger point work and stretching as needed.  I look forward to helping massage clients...

He asked me many questions concerning my issue, and explained to me how he was going to concentrate on some very specific areas to help alleviate my discomforts. He did just that.
