Chair Massage

Chair massage is a great way to give a sample of my massage technique. It is also a great pick me up during your busy day. Many employers like to show appreciation for their employees by having therapists at the work place for a few hours. I have done many events like this ranging from office employees, hospital employees, even church events.

Deep Tissue

This can be very therapeutic when done correctly. It is not supposed to hurt. I have received many compliments of how good my client feels after my deep tissue work compared to other therapists.

Sports Massage

I have been able to work on athletes ranging from the weekend warrior to the professional football player since 2015. Massage can prep the muscles for athletic training and an event. It also helps the muscles recover faster thus keeping the body happy and healthy.

Pregnancy

While many may think of massage during pregnancy as pampering, my pregnant clients think otherwise. As things get moved around while baby grows, a lot of muscular discomfort can arise. My mommy massage clients look forward to the relief my massage touch provides making it easier to focus on their daily tasks.

Lymphatic Drainage

In April 2017 I added Manual Lymphatic Drainage to my skill set. Edema & Lymphedema can both be treated with this treatment. Not only can I provide the therapy to move the lymphatic fluid, I can provide bandaging and measure for compression garments. My patients are very happy when they "graduate" to the maintenance phase. Post-op patients are happy with the faster recovery they often receive.

Neuromuscular/Medical Massage

These therapies work great with your chiropractic care. I was hired by the same Chiropractic doctor where I completed my internship. For some before your adjustment works well, while others it works better after. It can also work great for pain management or just to help the body heal in a specific area. It's a great feeling when a client looks forward to seeing me
