I love bodywork because I am able to work one on one with people to discover their stuck areas and help release them so they can move more freely, think more clearly and find a place of calm in the chaos of life!
I attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and was instructed by some of the best bodyworkers in the US. This excellent school prepared me to be a massage therapist who is unique, creative, professional, result-oriented, and provides a healing client experience. I am able to incorporate deep tissue and lighter Swedish techniques as needed, as well as trigger point, myofascial release and craniosacral into a flowing, connected session. I am certified in Prenatal Massage and Oncology Massage.

In addition to bodywork, I have a background as a registered nurse (University of Vermont) for 10+ years, with a focus on mother/baby. Soon after beginning work in the hospital, I discovered that community-based holistic and natural healthcare is my passion, as well as preventing illness by living a clean lifestyle, increasing nutrients and decreasing toxins. Massage is an awesome complement to a wellness focused life that also includes rich nutrition, toxin awareness, and purposeful exercise and stretching. I can coach clients in these other areas as well. I am also an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International which equips me to offer free consultations and guidance regarding pure, vegan skincare choices and beneficial nutritional supplements.
