Contribution to a healthy mind and body is my passion in life. I am a licensed massage therapist, Esthetician, and licensed Esthetics Instructor with 8+years experience in the industry. I Worked in the medical industry @ Via Christi previously known as Wichita clinic for 10 years before starting esthetics school. I chose esthetics because it would allow me to interact and care for patients while enjoying more of a positive emotionally rewarding experience. Two months into esthetics school at Xenon International Academy I became intrigued with the anatomy and physiology part of my education to a point I knew I wanted to continue on to massage school. I graduated from esthetics school in 2009 became a licensed Esthetician with an advanced ITEC certification. From there I earned a scholarship to attend Body and Soul Therapeutic massage school where I earned 500 hours of body work training in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Bach Flower Remedies, Pregnancy Massage, Chair Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Lymphatic Massage, and Advanced Deep Tissue Massage. Upon graduation I worked in a high end Salon doing massage and esthetics for a year before being offered a position to teach at Crave Beauty Academy. I continued doing massage in home as well as at Light and Sound Spa while earning my Instructor license. I continued my education through teaching theory and practical classes before I was urged to enter back into bodywork full time. My goal is to teach people that balance between caring for the body and mind is crucial to living a happy fulfilling life! The best way for me to do that is by showing how a healing touch with Intent can be relayed through massage. I am excited to have the education, experience and opportunity that allows me to constantly strive at seeing the positive in every aspect of life by helping others relieve stress, reduce anxiety, manage pain and enhance performance.
