Given the right environment, I believe that each body has the capability of healing itself. My goal is to use my knowledge to achieve the individual needs of each client, and creating a custom treatment to aid in each body's needs.


Over the years, I have developed a passion for Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Cupping Therapy. I became a massage therapist because I believe that each body has every right to move as freely, and painlessly as possible. I realize that our bodies are ever changing, and with each new year of life, brings new needs for each muscle within. Massage therapy is not a luxury, but a necessity to keep us the best version of ourselves!

Krystal is amazing with massage! She was very professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. Krystal is very knowledgeable about the areas of the body and applies the correct amount of pressure to help muscles in my shoulders and back get worked out.
