With a relaxing therapeutic approach, Sara is skilled in deep-tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, neuromuscular, Ashiatsu and prenatal massage. She is also a Reiki practitioner. Sara has a background in dance and yoga and has dabbled in various other forms of movement, all of which have greatly contributed to her understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
