I am a graduate of Colorado School of Healing Art's Massage Therapy Associate of Occupational Studies degree program, with over 1,300 hours of training. Advanced training completed in Oncology Massage, Healing Touch Level 1, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral, Prenatal & Infant massage, Polarity, Applied Kinesiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Raindrop Technique and Hot Stone.

I recently received a certification for the AMD Ion Foot Cleanse machine.  I completed the program for Certification in Clinical Aromatherapy through ISHA (Institute of Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy) in 2017.

I now offer cupping therapy.

I believe in the power of quality touch to bring healing and wholeness in every individual's life. Therefore, I strive to treat the whole person. I believe in client-centered therapy, customizing each session to the individual's specific needs.

I love being able to affect positive change in a person's life, whether it be through words of encouragement, a listening ear, quality touch, bodywork, or with a beautifully relaxing massage. Having used massage therapy for my own rehabilitation, I am a believer that quality touch and pure intention is what brings healing and wholeness to a person.
