I am a 2018 graduate from Cortiva Institute and a master's level Clinical Mental Health therapist. My goal is to facilitate overall relaxation, support healing from emotional and physical pain, and stress management in a holistic manner. I am passionate about those that take care of others including caretakers, helping professionals. We all have busy lives, and and oftentimes we put ourselves last. Sessions are centered around self care, and rejuvenation so that you can regain the strength and energy that you give to others.
