My journey to systema massage has been long, but natural. I attended medical school for three years in Moscow before moving to the United States. I then started my own company, Max6 Medical Products, to provide orthopedic fittings to the aged and infirm. During this time, I saw many people suffering from pain that could not be relieved by medicine or surgery. I searched for a solution to this pain, and found an answer – and my purpose – in the practice of body working. Here was a full body experience that improves general health and releases tension that would otherwise build throughout the body. I discovered that the body knows how to care for itself intuitively. I aim to help the body do its job, rather than work against it. My ultimate goal is to promote healing of the entire body, and general health from that wholeness.
