Diligence and competitive nature is what drives me to wake everyday to hit the pavement! As an avid runner for joy; you may have seen me and my red husky Bruin running throughout the streets of West Boylston! I’ve always had a love for exercise and conditioning! whether it may be a competitive sport such as softball, cheerleading and snowboarding, or a muddy princess race; I know personally how the muscles can be directly effected due to lack of stretching and bodywork which can often lead to injuries! 

     My passion for healing hands began back in high school. Shortly after shadowing Aveda salon and spa in Boston; I knew what my next adventure would be! Graduating from Hudson High school in 2006; I began that following fall at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester. I completed my professional Massage Therapy program in March, 2009 along with a certification in Pre/postnatal “MotherMassage” with Elaine Stillerman. After graduation I continued my practice as a LMT on my own for a couple of years. I currently  resides right here in West Boylston with my husband and three kids. After several years home raising our children; I am eager to dive back into the world of massage therapy. Hoping to fulfill my dream as a Doula in the near future; I make sure to keep up with continuing Educational classes throughout the State of Massachusetts.
