I really appreciated Carmen asking have you ever had a holistic massage, if any recent injuries & explaining the heat therapy machine to increase circulation. This was my 1st massage & I recently had a mountain bike injury causing a re-injury to my Rt rib costochondritis. The massage was very soothing & healing. Thank you Carmen !!!
