I received ashiatsu (barefoot) massage from Traci yesterday. It was one of the best massages I've ever experienced. Traci was far more skillful than the barefoot massage therapist I saw at another massage studio. I needed a lot of leg work since I am older and a longtime runner. I also needed neck and shoulder work from long hours at the computer for work. She was able to be very targeted and deep. Today, I feel great and I can tell my range of motion has increased.
