After years of working in the insurance field, Tara decided it was time for a change. In 2009, she decided to focus on her love of helping others by pursuing a career in massage therapy. 

Tara believes that due to our modern lifestyle, our bodies have become unbalanced and that our bodies are fighting to gain that balance back. She feels that if a client can relax, then the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy can take place, allowing the body to gain some balance that has been lost. Tara customizes her sessions based on her clients' needs by utilizing several different techniques. Her training includes; Swedish, neuromuscular/trigger point, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, range of motion/stretching, medical massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, cupping, chair massage and Kansa Vatki Foot Massage.

Tara is a graduated of the Arizona School of Integrated Sciences through College of Lake County and a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner.
