Annette is the owner of Rejuvenate Salon & Spa which opened in June 2016 current location at 1010 Alabar Ave. Waterloo, Iowa, 50701 (Located in Alabar Plazza off of University Avenue next to Calico Hen House.). Annette's mission is to stay focused on health and wellness in both the salon and spa by using organic wellness products in the salon as well as the spa in addition to retail products. Annette tries to find the healthiest hair care products, spa products along with the desire to maintain products manufactured in the United States. Her desire to help clients maintain and improve wellness has pushed her to seek out information not only for her techniques and skills but also for business. ​ Annette grew up in the Cedar Valley and has been an advocate to the community. She has done various volunteer work though out the community and enjoys helping out in the community by donating time on a regular basis,. Annette enjoys networking with other massage therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors and hospice in the Cedar Valley area to help assist in pain reduction of the muscle tissue for clients in there wellness care needs. Annette has worked with some amazing mentors to help her achieve the goals to where she is today. Annette began her journey as a professional massage therapist/reflexologist in 2009 (from the school of East West School of integrative Healing Arts in North Liberty Iowa) and and has a diverse background in bodywork training and specialties including chronic back, neck pain and pregnancy massage. She holds a BA in Business Management (Upper Iowa University) and is a Certified Natural Health Professional Coach (Trinity College of Natural Health), Iowa Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Registered Certified reflexologist. Annette's true passion is her clients and be able to be there to help them with there stress and wellness care. Annette enjoys learning and experiencing alternative therapies. ​ On Annette's down time she enjoys spending time with her family especially her grandkids they are the light of her life. She enjoys reading , cooking, taking walks and nature.
