With a background in massage, craniosacral therapy and energy work, I offer gentle yet potent sessions that are focused on calming your nervous system, providing you with the opportunity to slow down, unwind and reset. In addition to practicing bodywork, I am also an avid gardener, nanny and lead community song circles.
