Jessika is the owner of Holistic Arts Bodywork and has been in the massage industry since 2004.  She is a sports and rehabilitative therapist with a primary focus on restructuring the body and pain-management. She has experience working with athletes of all kinds, with emphasis on tri-athletes, bodybuilders and college sports.  Her skill-set includes deep tissue, sports therapy, trigger point therapy, active release therapy, myofascial release, thai massage, reiki and assisted stretching. She also does light cupping and myofascial blading/graston work.

Jessika has spent her entire career as a bodyworker in clinical settings.  She has spent the last 20 years working with chiropractors, neurologists, physical therapist, fitness trainers, holistic and naturopathic doctors.  The education and influence she's been able to receive working with these incredibly brilliant people has helped her really fine tune her bodywork to meet the unique needs of every client.

Jessika is breast cancer massage certified via AMTA and has worked with survivors at all different levels of treatment, pre- and post-surgery.  She also has experience working with people in active treatment for cancer.

Jessika treats the following conditions:  TMJ, Headaches/Migraines, sciatica, range of motion issues, athletic injury and scar tissue.
