Jena is a Wake Forest resident who has been practicing the art of massage for 7 years. A background in spa experience led her to discover the therapy of massage. Unveiling such techniques changed her own body and life that once started with years of pain, for all the better. She feels incredibly blessed, to have found her life calling.


After spending a month in Bali, in the winter of 2023, she completed her 200 YTT education with The House of Om to become a yoga teacher. There she practiced daily various forms of yoga and learned the history and philiosophies supporting the practice. She is so thrilled to begin sharing that in North Carolina. 

Increasing self-awareness for each person she comes in contact with is what sets her apart from the rest. She believes that educating those she works on, can not only change their day but also their life, to make a bigger difference. Futhermore, nothing quite compares to helping people naturally. Body, mind and spirit. Upon starting each session, she ensures she is going to address the specific needs of the individual at hand, while keeping open communication to ensure the highest comfortability of the client. 

As a Medical Arts School graduate, she approaches each session from an anatomical perspective. Her vast range of modalities include: swedish, deep tissue, ashiatsu (barefoot massage), prenatal, reflexology, neuromuscular, sports, cupping, gua sha, trigger point, medical, chair and TMJD massage. 

Growth as a therapist and individual is something she strives for daily.

Jena is amazing! She has a high level of knowledge of the body and the musculoskeletal system. She pays close attention to tight spots and knows how to target those tight/troubled spots. I love the massage lotion she uses. It doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy; instead your skin is left feeling moisturized and nourished.
