First time going here. I called and said I was having extreme neck pain and stiffness. Ryan squeezed me into his schedule. Very thorough work on my neck. He followed the massage up with a video of a stretch to do to also help. Still a little sore day after but between the massage and the stretch I am 100% better. Can’t recommend Ryan enough and I scheduled a follow up massage.
