Made sure she was never doing anything too hard/painful. Communicated throughout the session. I also liked how she was down to do different types of techniques in one session. Most places only do one or the other even if a combo would be best for your issues.

Had my first massage with Audrey today and was absolutely blown away. I’m a business owner and my mind is constantly working so I was nervous to go because I genuinely have trouble relaxing. My friend Anjie booked the appointment for me because she knows I’m too “busy” to do it for myself. TEN THOUSAND STARS if I could and so grateful I went. I felt at ease. My mind was quiet. I have constant neck and mid back pain from injecting my patients all day & I’m genuinely shocked to say I feel zero pain now. Audrey is very knowledgeable with anatomy and it’s clear she’s invested way beyond the norm in her education which is so important to me - and she knew exactly what I needed. She did massage, deep tissue work, and guasha/cupping. I’ll definitely be making this a non negotiable in my schedule moving forward. She also is an aromatherapist and can tailor your experience to what your nervous system needs. Book today FOR REAL.
