La Anna is a graduate of Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. Following her training, she completed the further specialized training in Thai Therapeutic, Thai Herbal Compress, Thai reflexology, and East-West massage at Thai Wellness Center and has remained an enthusiastic member of the TWC team since then. La Anna is experienced and trained in Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, Sport, Swedish, Reflexology, Hot Stone and Cupping massage techniques and often weaves acupressure, stretching and movement work into her sessions with a wide range of clients. La Anna is friendly, wholly focused on helping her clients and very adaptable to their specific needs during sessions.  Keenly interested in the healing health and safety, La Anna became a CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) certified member from Fairfax County Fire Volunteer in 2015. She is also certified in First Aid and CPR.
