I am a National Saftey Certified Gymnastics Coach and professional member of USAG (USA Gymnastics is the national governing body of the sport of gymnastics). I believe in educating, motivating and inspiring others to be their best. Coaching is something do because I love helping kids reach their goals. Massage is another way I can help people set goals and achieve them through pain management. I often use my massage knowledge to help train gymnasts as well as use my coaching experience to help clients.
