     I have been a massage therapist since 1993. I graduated the Santa Barbara School of Massage where I trained in Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Swedish techniques.  Continuing my studies into different types of bodywork, discovering John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach and Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. Even in 2 sessions, Cindy has shown a depth of knowledge in both hands on therapy, and the mind set that allows for continuous, deliberate exploration of new connections between brain, body, and spirit. She is going to be a very helpful guide for me in finding new places of tightness in my body, and new ways to both view and contemplate their place in my education and growth.

The therapy is new to me and there has been some positive movement. Cindy and I find the places that need help. Unfortunately I’ve had a few setbacks, but we are working through them, which includes homework.
