Selah was amazing, I have been to many massage therapist and none have done the a particularly great job on this one area on my shoulders. She noticed and went in and really loosened it up. I highly recommend, and will definitely be back

Best massage I have ever had! Good management on level of pain/ pressure. Spent time explaining trigger points that are causing lack of movement and pain. Gave me stretches to help continue progress between massages.Selah listens and cares you hear it in her voice, questions she asks and in her hands! Thank you! Recomend 110%!
