One of my famous, and frequent, quotes is "There's a lot of life in these tissues" because hey, guess what? There is. Life is constant, and even when we hurt it doesn't stop. That being said, I do my best to apply whatever I am suggesting to my own life so that I can share an accurate result from my own experience. Another guarantee in life is change, and that is my goal when I am working with you. I promise my clients to do whatever I can within my scope of practice to help make changes in both your muscles and practices off the table.
Educating my clients has become an extreme priority so that they know what to do when they can't get work done. Like I said, I always try what I suggest before suggesting it. That means I do the stretches, the exercises, try sleeping in different positions and with different forms of support so I can do my best to recommend and find what works for YOU.

YOU are my focus, my priority, and my passion. Fixing you and helping you manage your pain, or stress, or just give you a space to escape in for an hour. Massage therapy is one of the few remaining practices that keep people in contact with each other, and it is a privilege and an honor to be able to have that trust in the professional relationships I gain in my practice.

Deep Tissue

Everyone loves a good deep tissue massage. While "deep" often implies more pressure, it actually means using different techniques that help melt away the tension in the tissue differently than what the effluent strokes of a Swedish technique achieves.

Myofascial Release

At the beginning of the session, I check to see how your connective tissue is responding in conjunction with your ROM (range of motion). This can give me an idea of where to start in our treatment plan.

Trigger Point Therapy

TPT is one if the most common and best therapies used to remove tension from the over use of our daily muscle fibers. I work to eliminate trigger points on all levels, including the periosteum (connective tissue around the bone!)

Russian Inhibitory Regime

The basis of my practice surrounds a Russian medical modality that effects the Gate Control Theory of the spinal cord. Throughout the session, this inhibition is incorporated to allow me to reach the best potential depth in the tissue kneading.

AromaTouch Technique

We have become certified by doTERRA to perform the AromaTouch Tecnnique and it has become one of our favorite add-ons! Using a targeting blend of 8 essential oils that work synergistically to restore the body's ability to maintain itself. Through the gentle continual touch in the technique, the oils are able to soak into the skin while the movement effects and soothes any stress on the nervous system.
