Compassionate Massage Therapist

As a teenager I had the idea of being a massage therapist.  Growing up I instinctively used a hands on approach to offer comfort to my siblings and friends.   Life happened and I was 40 when I finished my initial training at Sister Rosalind's School of massage in Fargo ND.  I have also studied reflexology although I am not currently licensed in North Dakota, other modalities I have studied are Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Therapeutic massage with James Waslaski. As a teenager I had the idea of being a massage therapist.  Growing up I instinctively used a hands on approach to offer comfort to my siblings and friends.   Life happened and I was 40 when I finished my initial training at Sister Rosalind's School of massage in Fargo ND.  I have also studied reflexology although I am not currently licensed in North Dakota, other modalities I have studied are Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Therapeutic massage with James Waslaski. My clients are nearly all ages and have a variety of needs or specific issues or just need to relax and take the daily stress away; I do my best to give relief and relaxation.  My practice is called Leah Helene's Massage Therapy, I maintain a professional license in North Dakota. My office and massage studio is located in Valley City ND.  
I live along the Sheyenne River just south of Valley City about 5 miles.  My husband and I enjoy the country side with our two dogs Izzy and Nellie.  I enjoy gardening every summer, along with camping and or road trip vacations to the mountains of Montana and Wyoming.
