I am a licensed massage therapist located in Urbandale Iowa. I've practice massage for over 8 years and now am fulfilling my dream of working on my own doing what I love. I am passionate about massage therapy because it brings peace to your mind, body and soul along with the health benefits that you can't find in a doctors office. I am certified in Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, prenatal,  reflexology, and sports massage. Hot stones and scrubs are a specialty but Pink Himalayan Salt Stones are the latest and greatest trend for health and massage. I am very excited to have the pink stones added into my practice.
