After an extensive surgery last fall, I have some residual pain and scar tissue. Crystal is always so great in asking what areas she can help with and she does a phenomenal job addressing each of my problem areas. I went from having pain when breathing (something my doctors told me was "normal") to being pain-free in a few sessions. I am so grateful for how much Crystal has helped me re-gain a pain-free existence that I thought wouldn't be possible after surgery.

Crystal was friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I have almost no experience with massage therapy. I appreciated that she took the time to explain the process and summarize what she found and the treatment that was provided. I didn't want to leave! Looking forward to the next session!
