Hello! My name is Tryanna Tandy. I graduated as an LMT from The Healing Arts Center in 2016. My passion is to help You feel better and help you sustain a happy and healthy lifestyle! I have learned many techniques in the past few years as a LMT. I am educated in Swedish, Deep Touch, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Trigger Point, Sports, Reiki, and Cupping. I work with many medical clients including paraplegics, stroke victims, whiplash, PTSD, runners, strength trainers etc.

Tryanna is AMAZING. I've been getting professional massages for over 20 years and discovered her randomly through Golden Door last year and will never go to anyone else as long as she is around! She knows exactly how much pressure to use and actually listens to me when I tell her what's bothering me and tackles it instead of just doing the exact same massage every visit like all other masseuses have done to me in the past. She's one of a kind!

I got a head and neck massage because I needed help with sinus problems and neck stiffness. The results were amazing. Tryanna is a pro. She absolutely knows her stuff and delivers excellent results. I have been working with her when needed for a year now. Highly recommend. I would also add that the massage made me examine some of my own bad habits that are causing problems for me. My congestion from consuming dairy; inflammation in my body from too much sugar; and constant phone usage contributing to my neck stiffness. I want to age gracefully and I know I need to alter some habits.

She’s great. I always enjoy my massage and come away very relaxed. She uses very good oils that leave your skin smooth and soft.
