After years of suffering from intense pain and tension between my shoulder blades, I started seeing a medical massage therapist weekly for therapeutic treatments. I trained as a massage therapist at the prestigious Swedish Institute in New York City, a 1200 hour program that is one of the most thorough massage schools in the USA. Since graduating in 2011 and receiving my New York State massage license, I have trained in additional specialties including Bodywork for the Childbearing Year.
I see clients for prenatal, postpartum, therapeutic, and stress-relief massage at my shared studio near downtown. I offer individualized treatments to address your specific complaints, as well as specialty massages such as the 30 minute "Head, Shoulders, Feet & Toes" massage.
When I'm not seeing massage clients, I also serve pregnant and new families as a birth doula, lactation counselor, and childbirth educator.
In my downtime, I play board games with friends, color in quirky coloring books, take walks around Tulsa, and learn everything I can about pregnancy, birth and early parenting!
