A lifelong desire to make the world a better place is what originally led me to the field of massage therapy. After being drawn to the Southwest, I graduated from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in 2003 and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 12 years. Most of those years have been in the beautiful city of Tucson, Arizona, where I have lived since 2005.

My work is informed by my fascination with anatomy and physiology (I have also served as an instructor to successive generations of massage therapists). I blend many different styles and modalities into each session as needed, including Massage Cupping bodywork, Reiki, prenatal massage, Japanese hot stone massage, myofascial release, Kinesio Taping, and neuromuscular techniques. I absolutely love the challenge and privilege of meeting my clients where they are, and working together with them to make their lives easier.

I am comfortable working with all kinds of concerns: lymphedema, neuropathy, painful scar tissue after surgery, prenatal aches and pains, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, muscle sprains and strains, headaches and migraines, and chronic and acute pain.

Whether you have chronic pain from an illness or condition, a crick in your neck from adjusting to life as a new parent, or just need to slow down and remember how to breathe, I am here to help you on your journey to wellness. Life is better with less pain.

Liz is a pro! She has taught massage therapy and really knows what she is doing. Plus cupping, heated wraps for your feet, oils to sooth options. I have referred her to at least ten friends.

I have been seeing Liz for massages for about 10 years. Every massage I have had has been amazing. I love the cupping method she uses. Often I know I need a massage, but cannot tell her exactly what needs work. She finds the right spots to work on every time. She is skillful, caring and very professional. I have been in the office and would not hesitate to go there, but now that she will come to my home, the experience is even better. Thank you, Liz!
