I learned from them. I learned that our bodies want to heal. I learned to be patient. I learned that no one could fix me but me. And the more I learned the more I wanted to learn. Fast forward 10 years and I am still learning. The human body is remarkable. I don't claim to know it all but what I do know I have come to with much study, thought, trial and error. I still have pain somedays but I am supremely grateful to be walking, moving and helping others to discover their own power to heal.
