I am the Owner/Partner of Mindful Destinations LLC I am a Certified Health and Life Style Coach. I have received my training and Certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I am also a Certified Hypnotists and received my training and Certification through National Guild of Hypnotists, the oldest and largest Hypnotism Organization in the world. I am also a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and received her Certification through International Sports Science Association.

I am a licensed Life, Health, Disabilities and Annuities Agent, licensed in the State of Arizona.

I have spent the last 10 years studying Health, Wellness and Mindful living.  I have spent over 30 years in the financial industry where I was able to help many people learn to budget their finances, improve their credit, plan for their financial future.  I continue to do this work at Mindful Destinations.

I am an educator and will guide you to discover your true potential and how to live a more mindful, meaningful and healthier life, through one of our programs, may it be Coaching, Hypnosis or a workshop or retreat.
