She has successfully helped many patients recover from car accidents, sports injuries & repetitive stress.

During the massage Janice picked up on imbalances and tight spots that I hadn’t mentioned before hand and offered breathing exercises and nerve flossing that has brought a lot of relief. A true professional.

I’m a massage therapist myself, and Janice is one of the main people that I go to, because she is among the best I’ve found! I really appreciate that she uses a variety of tools and techniques, from cupping & gua sha to hot stones & deep tissue, depending on what that part of the body needs. Plus she’s just a really kind, cool person! When I leave, I always feel so much better than when I came in. Can’t recommend her enough.
