I started my own practice because I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with everyone in order to help improve performance and quality of life. I have spent the last 6 years of my career working with athletes in the NBA, NFL, many college athletes (football, swimming, gymnastics, etc.), and even WWE wrestlers. In the last 3 years I have simultaneously worked at a chiropractic office continuing to help various clients with a range of injuries.
    My goal for each session is to use my knowledge to help anybody who is in need of true massage therapy. With a comprehensive background in anatomy and kinesiology, I tailor my treatments to optimize recovery, addressing specific muscle needs, increasing range of motion, and elevating your overall well being. My hands-on approach and commitment to understanding each client's unique needs (athlete or not) set me apart in the field of massage therapy.  
     Given my background, my main focus is generally Sports Deep Tissue Massage, though I offer a few different styles which are included on my menu. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be an athlete in order to get a Sports Deep Tissue Massage. This style of therapy is actually used very commonly for the everyday office worker, daily commuter, or any profession that requires sitting in place for long periods of time or repetitive physical movement that may cause sciatica, lower back pain, whiplash or even just knots.
     My place of practice is located inside Serenity Hair Salon (in the spa area). If you are in the salon for their services AND are receiving a massage, the massage is charged separately and payment is due at the end of my services.
